      Qinqin Mango Shipping Standards

      I. Pre-shipment Requirements

      Order Confirmation

Customers shall verify all order details (specifications, quantity, delivery address, transportation method) and make payment of deposit or full amount before the warehousing and shipping process can be initiated. For orders with custom packaging, the packaging design draft must be additionally confirmed, and production will be arranged within 7 working days after confirmation.

       Quality Sampling Inspection

Random quality inspection shall be conducted on each batch of finished products prior to shipment, covering sensory indicators (color, shape, odor) and storage temperature (full cold chain control at -18℃). A test report shall be enclosed with the goods only after the inspection is passed.

      Preparation of Qualification Documents

Domestic Orders: Certificate of Product Conformity, batch quality inspection report, and copy of Food Production License shall be enclosed with the goods.

Export Orders: Complete customs clearance documents (Certificate of Origin, copy of FDA Certification, packing list, commercial invoice) shall be provided, and all document information must be fully consistent with customs declaration data.

       II. Warehousing & Loading/Unloading Standards

Warehousing Conditions Finished products shall be stored in a constant-temperature freezer at -18℃, with the warehouse humidity controlled between 60%-70%. Storage with odorous goods is prohibited. Products of different specifications shall be stacked in separate zones with clear labels (specifications, batch number, quantity).

      Loading & Unloading Requirements

The entire loading and unloading process must be connected with cold chain. Avoid exposing goods to room temperature for more than 30 minutes. Handle the goods with care; throwing, dropping and squeezing are strictly prohibited to prevent package damage and product thawing.

      III. Transportation & Delivery Standards

      Transportation Methods

Short-distance Delivery (within 300km): Refrigerated trucks shall be used for transportation. Real-time temperature monitoring of the truck compartment shall be carried out to ensure a constant temperature of -18℃ throughout the journey.

Long-distance Transportation & Export Sea Freight: Refrigerated containers (reefer containers) shall be adopted. Containers must be pre-cooled to -18℃ before loading, and temperature tracking records shall be provided during transportation.

       Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Orders: Same-city delivery within 24 hours; intra-provincial delivery within 48 hours; inter-provincial delivery within 3–5 working days.

Export Orders: Sea freight delivery takes 15–45 days depending on the destination port. The bill of lading and logistics tracking number will be provided promptly after shipment.

      IV. Packaging & Labeling Standards

      Inner Packaging

Food-grade sealed packaging shall be used to prevent odor contamination and moisture damage. Single-stick products must be individually packaged. Family packs shall be equipped with shock-absorbing and cushioning materials inside to avoid collision damage during transportation.

      Outer Packaging

Standard five-ply corrugated cartons shall be adopted. Customized packaging must meet the design requirements of customers, with clear printing of product information (product name, specifications, net content, production date, shelf life, storage conditions) and logistics labels (fragile, keep refrigerated, this side up).

For export cartons, shipping marks, destination port, container number and other customs declaration information must be printed.

      Shipping Documents

A delivery order indicating the order number, specifications, quantity and consignee information shall be placed inside each outer carton. A summary document shall be attached to the entire batch of goods for the convenience of customer's counting and acceptance.

      V. Abnormal Handling Standards

In case of package damage, product thawing, quantity discrepancy or other issues, customers shall take photos for evidence and give feedback within 24 hours after receiving the goods.

The after-sales team shall respond within 12 hours upon receiving the feedback. After verifying the situation, replacement, reshipment or refund will be arranged according to the customer's requirements.
